For your session: Please have a clear goal(s) in mind (i.e.: navigating smart phone, attaching documents to email, creating a spreadsheet for a specific purpose, etc.); Come prepared with ALL login usernames and passwords you might need (i.e.: Apple ID, Amazon account, email account, etc.); Recovering passwords takes quite a bit of time, and can use most of the appointment. Bring a notebook in case you would like to take notes. Tech Help is by appointment only. Sessions are limited to a maximum of once a month per patron.

Basic Computer Skills Required: Please note, this program uses laptops/computers and is not a beginner computer class. All attendees must be able to use a computer at a basic level in order to participate.
Tech Help Limitations: Be advised that the librarian is unable to assist in online banking, entering/setting up payment information (credit card, PayPal, etc.), or any other service/activity that involves financial accounts. The librarian is also unable to assist in taking apart the pieces of any device. If you require repairs or assistance from an IT professional, reach out to your device's manufacturer or another company (i.e.: Best Buy) for advice and assistance.
